John 16: 7 Neuerthelesse; I tell you the trueth, it is expedient for you that I goe away: for if I goe not away, the Comforter will not come vnto you: but if I depart, I will send him vnto you.
8And when he is come, he will reproue the world of sinne, and of righteousnesse, and of iudgement.
Lessons before ascension
John 21: 21 Peter seeing him, saith to Iesus, Lord, and what shall this man doe?
22Iesus saith vnto him, If I will that he tary till I come, what is that to thee? Follow thou me.
23Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that Disciple should not die: yet Iesus sayd not vnto him, He shall not die: but, If I will that he tary till I come, what is that to thee?
Jesus tells Peter follow me and not be like me. We learn in John 21 that well intentioned men will change what Jesus Christ says and mark of the beast, use the word rapture as an escape from tribulation and being Christlike.
We who walk in the Spirit must follow Jesus Christ and edify one another using God’s Word not our own private interpretations. (or pet theology – my words) 2 Peter 1:20. Trust Jesus and follow and Jesus and do not misquote Him.
Jesus Christ Physically Ascends to Heaven

Proverbs 30 4 Who hath ascended vp into heauen, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his sonnes name, if thou canst tell?
5 Euery word of God is pure: he is a shield vnto them that put their trust in him.
2 John 1: 7 For many deceiuers are entred into the world, who confesse not that Iesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiuer, and an Antichrist.
JESUS CHRIST IS IN HIS ETERNAL GLORIFIED FLESH!
